A Personal Note By Aqueene Wilson
The time to remain silent is no longer of the times. There are people ready to receive what you want to give. Whether it's a personal testimony, a special service or a unique product, we - may it be Women, Black folks or Caribbean people - can no longer sleep on the ideas that visit us on a daily. Our gifts are also gifts to the world. May we know that. May we act on it, so that our entrepeneurship takes part in the legacy of our existence.
The time to remain invisible is no longer of the times. The flesh of us, is to be seen. The fear of us to be transformed. The embrace of us is deserving of being deeply woven into the blueprint of body aesthetics and archival practices. Simply, so that our bravery can allow for an ever-expanding archive of bodies that are loved.
See it. Allow it. Tap into it. Initiate it. Become it.
